    The superior room overlooks the sea and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. The location is stunning, very close to Hai Sang Lou restaurant, the clubhouse, and the nearby public beach with lot of malay food choice - couldn't be better.

    Love the swimming pool; the way it merges into the sea...

    The room is not as beautiful as expected...just like a normal villa...Felt that it's too pricey for the kind of room I get. the food are very expensive. Car park is far away from the resort; inconvenient.

    The overall dining experience at your Chinese Rest was good, the staff are attententive.

    The overall check in process was very poor, Upon check in I told the staff that I would like to request for late check out and even told her that Im willing to pay but she cant even confirm to me and requested to come back to reception next day morning. The next day it took almost 20 min for me take to few people for my late check out. Once I get back to my room someone call me and said it's time for me to check out. Just a feedback for your future improvement.

    Not close to the Airport, about £10 for a taxi there and once there you are trapped so £30 back to the airport.

    I like to look at the sun set is a very nice view. Besides, the swimming pool is very nice especially at night. Hope customers can swim at night. Prefer that the premium traveller palm villas come with bath tub as well as i think with this price without bath tub is not worthly.

    Avani was a breath of fresh air! We loved our family villa with spacious and clean rooms. The view was amazing, especially during sunrise. The fire show at night was nice and got us involved. The staff, especially the buggy drivers, were always friendly and helpful. Plus, the resort's location is perfect for a calming getaway from the city buzz.

    I loved to be in this place. The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a beach area, right by the clubhouse, the sea and restaurant. The location was beautiful and marvellous - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. I got a neat and huge room with nice views, king bed.

    In-house facilities could use a boost!!! Better WiFi reliability is necessary!!! Improve the in-room entertainment with more channels!!! It's frustrating when the pool isn't cleaned regularly!!! Dining options need a serious upgrade!!!

    I loved the spacious Family Villa with fine panoramic views of the water. The buffet breakfast was a good feast, offering an amazing mix of local and Western dishes that kickstarted my day perfectly! Plus, the nightly fire show was nice, leaving us all in awe.
